1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Vocabry platform, web applications, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an educational institute or corporate entity, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that organization.
2. Enterprise & Educational License
Vocabry grants institutions a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our language retention software, spaced repetition engine, and educator dashboard metrics for authorized teachers and students during the subscription term.
3. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, extract neural scoring audio weights, or misuse Vocabry’s proprietary phoneme scoring algorithms and curriculum assets. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Vocabry.
